Every invited organization receives a personal note and confirms its seat. No org applies cold, and none is turned away.
Organizations only hear from us when an invitation lands. No group applies and then gets turned away, and that first experience is the one we want to protect. If a nomination waits for a later cohort, the org never knows.

There is no pass mark here and no score on the screen. Start with the qualifier: two named people who can actually show up. If that holds, five short questions ask what you have seen for yourself. Answer them straight. What you record stays on this device and travels with the nomination, and the RW Institute team weighs every organization against the seats in this cohort. Nothing here decides for them, and no organization is ever told no.

Why this is the gate: the labs run in pairs, on real work, week after week. Two named people who can show up is the whole requirement. Without them, even a strong organization can't take part this round, and it goes on the list for a later one.
This one is for a future round. When you cannot yet name two people who can both attend, the labs will not land, however good the organization is. Hold them in mind, offer to share the session recordings when the time comes, and revisit when a pair and the calendar line up. You can still nominate a different organization below.

If the organization is nominated and confirmed, two of its people join a cohort of seven weekly labs, 90 minutes each, live on Zoom with the main room recorded so they can catch up anytime. Each of them sets up their own Claude Pro account, and Wells Fargo covers it for six months, at no cost to the organization. If the organization already gives them a Claude seat, they use that. Across the seven weeks, the two of them build real work: grant reports, donor letters that sound like them, messy spreadsheets turned board-ready. They leave with tools they can keep using and pass to the rest of their team.

Your nomination goes to the RW Institute team, who match organizations to the seats with PCI leads as nominations arrive. Invitations then go out, and each invited organization confirms its seat. The invitation includes the confirmation link.
No. A nomination is an invitation, not a commitment. The organization decides whether to take the seat.
The program seats 25 nonprofits across the two cohorts, two people from each, so 50 seats in all and roughly 12 or 13 organizations per cohort. If nominations run past capacity, the extras are held. Those organizations are first in line for the next cohort, and session recordings can be shared in the meantime.
A team where two named people do the actual work, can protect two to three hours a week for seven weeks, has real recurring tasks to aim the labs at, and is curious even if skeptical. The rubric walks through each of these.
