Seven labs over seven weeks · Updated July 22, 2026

For the RW Institute and Wells Fargo PCI teams. This hub links facilitator run sheets and answer keys. Do not forward it to participants or to nominated organizations. Send them the invitation page, or a direct link to the one kit they need.

How it runs

Each lab is demo, build, debrief. Everyone works in the Claude desktop app from one working folder, browser fallback for blocked installs.

The data spine

Export with identifying details removed, do the work in frontier AI, return results to your systems. Safe handling practiced weekly, not taught once.

Buddy pairs

Two participants per organization work between sessions on real deliverables from their own ship list, collected before Lab 1.

Orientation & setup

Read and send before Lab 1. The path in is nomination: each PCI member puts forward one or two partner organizations by Aug 21, then every nominated organization receives a personal invitation and confirms its two seats. About 12 to 13 organizations per cohort, roughly 25 across both, all nonprofit. The Program Overview is the short version for stakeholders; the Curriculum Map is the full design.

Step 1 · PCI Nomination ToolFor the PCI team: the rubric and nomination form for putting forward one or two partner organizations. Score the fit against six criteria, capture the result, and send the nomination, about ten minutes end to end. Nominations are due Aug 21. PCI teamHTML Step 2 · Invitation & Seat ConfirmationGoes only to nominated organizations: what the program asks, five reasons to take a seat, a readiness quiz, and the form where an organization confirms its two seats. In preview for PCI review, submissions are not collected yet, so do not send it out. ParticipantPreviewHTML Admin · SubmissionsFor the RW and PCI working group: live nominations and seat confirmations collect into a Google Sheet you can filter and download (File, Download, CSV or Excel). The seven labs

Each lab has a facilitator run sheet, a participant kit, and the mock data it runs on. Real work, shipped.

Agents & the Wider Toolbox
Each pair turns their critique pass into a standing reviewer agent, runs one supervised research-agent task, and learns which tools complement which.

Cross-lab edges

The working habits that run across every lab. Four are reinforced inside the labs; four are genuine extras for openers and asides.
